The apartment with the stunning view to the sea was planned and designed for a couple in the concept of the 'egoistic house'. The kitchen was moved from its original location and a large kitchen overlooking the sea was planned. The area of ​​the living room and the dining area was increased to accommodate the extended family. A large and luxurious master suite was planned for the couple, which also has a window facing the sea.

Each room in the house is designed with a unique color palette, but there is overlap and flow between the different spaces through the use of natural materials and touches of brass.

The apartment was designed on paper and built by the contractor accordingly, and all finishing and carpentry work was done after the apartment was handed over to the couple.
