A ceiling, a floor and six supporting columns remained as the foundation from which the interior designer Anat Shorai began to build her clients the house they had dreamed of for many years. The family, parents and two adult children who stayed at home, after the eldest got married and left, dreamed of a house where the outside would connect with the inside, but without having to spend hours tending the garden. The ideal solution is in an apartment with two large balconies, one in the front of the apartment, extending across the width of the social area, and the other is on the other side of the apartment when the exit to the balcony is made from the private rooms of the tenants…

The apartment was designed according to the “egoistic house” concept even before construction. Several changes were made to the apartment to create a spacious accommodation space and a luxurious master suite with a spacious shower.

At the end of the process, the contractor received a set of building plans and all the systems in the apartment. The apartment was built according to these plans.

The design combined natural materials and soft and pleasant colors, with touches of vivid colors.

The penthouse with an area of ​​130 square meters, not including the balconies (the main balcony with an area of ​​60 square meters), on the roof of a building built in the 1970s, created some interesting challenges for Anat Shoroi, who deals with planning and interior design. With her unique talent and using special and adapted elements, she overcame these challenges and created a new, modern and spectacular penthouse.
